12 months ago. Four color schemes to use with Shoji White. I have Dove white cabinets, and it looks amazing . Shoji White has similar undertones, but is much warmer and fleshier when you see it inside. I see slight tan, cream with maybe a slight yellow, beige, griege all in very soft and pale shades. And after two attempts at yellow in the kitchen with White Dove cabinetsand soapstone counters, BM Simply Irresistible is just enough yellow without being yellow. Its more than happy to humour whites like Benjamin Moore Cloud White, White Dove and MUCH more. So, it is just way to warm for me and is so yellow! It would make sense to assume that Shoji White is a lighter version of Worldly Gray: The problem with this, is that Worldly Gray and Amazing Gray are on the same plane, but Shoji White is not at all. Shoji White is a warm white, with greige (beige and gray) undertones. When I look at pictures, it looks like a nice white. Pure White looked too stark for me.

And unlike colors with a bit more COLOR in them, I find that Ballet White has WAY more flexibility and suits many more rooms. I have a sample of HGTV SW Shoji White and a sample of Shoji White from SW. Do you think that Ballet White and Edgecomb Gray would work in adjoining rooms. It looks great! While some off-whites sort of blend into the trim (which can be a beautiful option as well), Ballet White has enough color in it that it can still make your trim stand out. True cream paint colors have a good bit of yellow in them. When I think about Sherwin Williams Alabaster, that color is very much in the white paint color family.
